Refund Policy

An order once placed cannot be canceled.

1. In case, we don’t have an item in stock and you placed the order, the order will be canceled from our end and the refund of the amount will be initiated.
2. The standard time for a refund to complete is from 5 days to 7 days.
3. If a customer wishes to get an instant refund, he/she may contact support via Chat, Email, or Phone and request an instant refund.

4. We will process your refund within 7 business days incase of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
